A wide variety of tin glazed products were produced in Italy in the late 15th and 16th century and it is often difficult to attribute vessels to particular sources. The only published examples from Worcestershire were found during the Deansway excavations in Worcester. These were identified by Alan Vince as coming from Central Italy and some are similar to the products of the workshops at Montelupo in Tuscany.
